Weatherstripping for the driver's door. It's been discontinued by GM in the US, but it's plentiful in OZ.

This update isn't audio related, but I figured you guys would be interested nonetheless. Today I learned how to use dental floss to debadge the car, and I finally got pictures of a clean car.

The Focal Solid2 has been ordered. My excitement level has just peaked. Later today I'll have two more RCAs made from the ones I already have. I anticipate I'll be doing the install Saturday or Sunday. Tuning to start shortly there after. I'll have to figure out how much power, ground, and speaker wire I'll need now.

I can't wait for you to get some processing in your car, you are gonna love it.

I was just thinking the same thing about the pinstriping. It looks terrific on your car and gives some nice contrast to the black paint. The red lip on the rims ties in nicely as well. Nice job!
It does seem questionable that a car this new has discontinued weather striping in the US and you had to go to a foreign country on the other end of the world for it. Way to go GM...dopes.

The real killer is that the other side is available in the US. Just one of those things that make you go, "WTH?"

The Solid2 just showed up. I'll post pictures of it later today. If I had more energy, I'd be on my way to install it. As it happens, I've not been sleeping well over the last few days. Hopefully Wednesday I'll get the install completed and start doing some tuning on Thursday.
