Project Blackburd - HiFiDelity's 2005 Dodge Magnum R/T build

[Hi-FiDelity]

As most of you know I purchased a new ride last weekend and I decided I should post a build log.

Here is the plan:
HU: McIntosh PH-2341-A (thanks Tim)
DSP: Soundstream Hamony
Amps: Soundstream REF5.1000 & REF2.370
Speakers: Precision Power P.65C3 comps.
Sub: Soundstream R1-15, thanks to sleeves (Jeremy) and Daniel.

The McIntosh

Aside from being an insanely sexy and overbuilt deadhead for what was branded as a OEM Premium stereo; McIntosh used a standard 13 pin din connector to carry front and rear balanced audio. Can you say breakout board.

Well this was when Clarion owned McIntosh and Clarion does OEM for Subaru even to this day. So maybe they got a discount or something, or maybe it was at the demand of Paul Hoggan.
