Heat Transfer Vinyl

So I ordered up some heat transfer vinyl to make a shirt for the local club I am involved with and I believe it came out pretty nice!

This vinyl is quite a bit more expensive than regular sign vinyl, but it is very easy to work with and applies with a normal household iron.

Here is the shirt I made today:

Do you have to wear a tie, also? :neener:

That's looks really cool. Does it give it a feel similar to a baseball jersey?

Oh that's interesting. Seems like you would be a shoo-in with the shirts as a minimum. Or is it please-sir-may-I-have-another?

How well does the heat transfer stuff do in the wash? Keeping in mind that my wife's dryer, in particular has two temps... Cold -and- global thermonuclear war.

It would be pretty dope to have those for all of our audio guys because I could

A: get them in a shirt with a collar
B: achieve uniformity
C: promote the school

I have only had a couple shirts done for a short amount of time, but from what I understand, they do well in the dryer. Thinner materials like collared shirts, t-shirts and Dickies work shirts seem to work better than say a hoodie made from fleece. I have a shirt in the washer right now that is about to go through its third dryer cycle, I'll post some pics when it's done.

I'll show them off to my engineers/crew.. That black shirt like you have would look sharp.

Sure would! I can cut and send the heat transfer vinyl straight to you since the application can be done with a regular household iron. I am also looking into a heat press so that I can make them FAST.
