Any Eton speakers.....

Has anyone on the forum used Eton speakers in a build? Whether home or car? Obviously I'm looking for car experience but I'm open to just anyone having taken a chance on the brand in a build.

Specifically what I'm eyeballing is this driver for my front stage midrange.

I was looking at their Move subwoofers as well but the excursion doesn't line up well with what i'm looking to use my subs for. I skew more towards wanting violent low end which is why I'm going so hard on my midbass drivers.

Thanks in advance.

I have built a few speakers and subs using Eton, in fact an eton 8" sub i built about 20 years ago is what has be hooked on 8's to this day. I wish they had a bigger presence int the car audio world.

I have 8-472 Hex b's in some old towers with morel mdt32s tweets and some cheapo (goldwood iirc) sealed back mids. They sound amazing :) In 1 cube, tuned to 24, I don't need a sub.

I used the gz nuclear 80 mids which are an Eton driver... very similar tonally to a scan 10f which is high praise I think

Never used or heard them, but would not hesitate to try a pair if they fit the need. They appear to be extremely well built - lots of attention to detail.
